CLOSED: 380 Aulani Points for rent -- $18pp -- points good through June 2022

Would you take $16 per point if I were to rent almost all of your points? I need a week in a standard 2 bedroom at the end of May 2022, which would be 357 points. I am trying to get a head start on finding someone with enough Aulani points before the 11-month window opens.

The $18/pt is a fair price. I’ve historically rented points using a broker like the DVCRentalStore. They currently pay owners $16/pt and charge renters $22/pt for premium resorts which includes the Aulani. They also take care of all the contracting, finding the renters, dealing with issues, etc so earn that spread. The $18/pt it’s not even the midway point between their spread and already favors the renter. I’m happy to help you line up your rental and to be on it the first day it becomes available but the $18/pt is firm.

At this point all the 1-bedroom DVC inventory for this summer is booked at the Aulani. There are a smattering of 1-off days available but nothing for 2 or more nights together

There is one studio poolside garden view available the night of Sept 6th. At the moment it’s the only studio available any night of the dates you’re looking
