I have 228 BLT points and 285 BCV points available to rent or transfer at $12/point.

I have rented numerous times here on the disboards, and would be happy to provide references. I use a renters contract for anyone that will be renting.

I will accept PayPal or personal check.

Minimum 150 points for all rental inquires.

Just so everyone sees my rental policy:

My policy for rentals.

I will send you the contract and if approved you will pay 10% to get reservation.

You will pay another 40% after receiving the confirmation for reservation
The last 50% is due 60 days prior to reservation

Refund Policy:
If cancel before 90 days you get everything, but the 10% back.
If cancel after 90 days, but before 60 days you lose the 50%
If cancel after 60 days you lose all payments.

Just let me know and I will start the process of sending you the contract for your review.
