Hi! My family and I have 135 Beach Club Villa (BCV) points available to rent for $22/point. These are June 2026 UY and can be used for stays starting June 1st, this year, 2026.

I'm able to book you something at the BCV, our home resort, 11 months out or at other resorts 7 months out. We normally use all our points but we were able to rent points for a stay at Aulani and won’t be using these BCV points.

i'm looking for a studio at BCV for 2 adults for Jan 23-29, 2027. i believe it's 91 points. i know you can't book for another couple weeks, but just checking to see if you have points still available. i've rented many times before from several different people, but just wondering what terms you require, once reservation is made. Hoping it's 50% down and then balance due anywhere from 60-90 days out.
