118+ Bay Lake Tower (BLT) Disney Vacation Club Points available for rent; 38 of the points are in UY 2021 (can be banked)，80 of the points are in UY2022 (can be borrowed), and there is 42 additional points in UY2022 that can be used if booking is after 2022 March 1st.
$17 per point
Can book trip 11 month ahead at BLT, or 7 months ahead for all other resorts except Riviera.

Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle accepted, Sorry do not have paypal account. (renter pays all fee if applicable)
Payment due typically 50% upon confirmation and 50% at 90 days from check in.

Only one bedroom available for the night of 9/12 would be theme park view.
While you can pack and leave your bags with bell service on switch day, for me personally it feels like too much trouble.
PM me if you still would like to go ahead though.

similarly one bedroom at BLT is only available for max 2 days

For your dates, the only studio fully available at WDW is SSR and OKW

If you are interested in one bedroom,
SSR one bedroom is available at 167 points for standard, 191 pointsfor preferred
Or a split stay at AKL Kidani one bedroom is available, 23-28 standard, 28-29 savanna, 170 points total
