Closed-100 Points for Rent @ $12pp

Hello,

I'm looking to rent points for December 6th through Dec 9th. First preference is Bay Lake Tower but will take a studio in any DVC resort. No preference for view.

Can you let me know if there is anything available for those dates and how many points it would be? I know i'm looking at between 33 and 56 points depending on the resort.

Sorry DVC resorts book up very early Oct-Dec. There is nothing available anywhere for your dates.

Oct. is sold out through almost all dvc room/resorts due to the food and wine festival. You did not mention what size unit you were looking for , but definately no studios anywhere.

I checked on availabilty for your dates and with that being the first weekend of food and wine festival there is not a whole lot.
Saratoga Springs has a one bedroom for your entire stay for106 points
or a studio for all but the 29th for 39 points
Everything else just had a night or 2.

I do not have enough to rent the one bedroom , but if your interested I am sure someone with enough points can help you.

hi unfortunately the Villas at Grand Californian is a very small resort and fills up quite far in advance. There is nothing available for at this short notice.

I would usually say around Christmas time I would book as far in advance as possible.
But 2 bedrooms are not as popular as studios & 1 bdrms. It is showing available for all but the last night 12/21 at Kidani savanna view.

Saratoga Springs has both a studio and 1bdrm available for your dates, but that is the only resort available for entire stay.
Studio is 80pts and 1bdrm 167 pts

I do not have enough points left for this , but I am sure you can find someone who can help.

We are already booked at the Wilderness Lodge for our vacation, but are now opting to fly instead of drive. We're thinking of adding another night, but not necessarily at the Wilderness Lodge since our flight will be getting in so late. We are a family of 6, so our options are limited. Are the Art of Animation Suites available for point transfer? That seemed like the most cost-efficient route for a family of 6, while still being a Disney Resort. Any thoughts? If they are available, we would need the night for Monday, Sept 16. Thanks!

sorry DVC points can not be used at the value resorts, only modererate and deluxe and even then the point cost is quite higher than a studio and includes a $95 fee, so not economical at all!
