My point was not whether it was a disgrace or not. That really does not matter. The OP wanted to "report it to somebody". There is no reporting it and should not be. I have seen alot of disgraceful things in my life. That does not mean they should not be allowed. And this, whether you like it or not, is allowed and if it was not allowed, I would leave the country because that is what is called "the beginning of the end" of freedom.

It's pretty sad that people waste their time with this. I'm against if yes, but I don't see why you should cause a big scene about it on the boards. It's very hard to get something like that off the net- if this is a sample of the reactions, image what the entire boards would think of this. STILL, this is an incredibly small precentage of the entire population. Try if you will, but don't get your hopes up.

Moving along, I do not think that people should be thinking about their own situations rather than this. It is wrong and that is that.

What does it matter if it is right or wrong? There is alot of "wrong" in this world, this is one of the LAST things people should be worried about.

This just as wrong as ridiculing Mohammed, just as wrong as ridiculing Jewish people. Just as wrong as the persecution of Wiccans which still goes on today. What does "my situation" have to do with the fact that this "wrong" thing is alot tamer than the wrongs I face on a daily basis for my religion from exactly the kind of people that think this item is "wrong".

and no, I DO NOT think this is "right" but the publisher of the website is well within his rights of freedom of speech, as are you for thinking it is wrong.

What is more wrong here?

My neighbor the Muslim who has been assaulted no less that 4 times just for being a Muslim? (plus had his house and car vandalized, his children harrassed in school, and been fired from his job - these were all perpetrated by "Christians")

milk.. I am not trying to change you beliefs, not at all, I do not even know how you think anyone who posted anything in this thread has tried that.

The only thing I, or Nano either I believe, is trying to say is that, we have freedom of religion and expression in this country. This site may be "wrong" by your standards and be offensive to you, and you have a right to be offended. What you DO NOT have a right to do iscensor the site, since he has a right to express himself any way he chooses. Just as I have a right to believe what I believe.

And you ask me to respect your opinion? I agreed with your opinion! It is "wrong" to be hurtful towards others beliefs.

What I ask you, sinc ethis is so wrong, is: Is it ok for your religion to be wicked towards mine (and my neighbors)? If this is wrong, then why is it ok for Christians to beat up and harrass Muslims? (I read the bible too - all 36 books (I know they only let you read 7) - and vengeance is the province of the Lord, not mere mortals)

Kids have it horribly in schools today... I can testify for this because I've been harassed myself. Having people throw food at you and cuss you out isn't the way you'd expect to be treated at a religious private school.

I'm not atheist, but I don't believe in one certain higher being. I acknowledge the possibility that there could possibly be one though. My point? Everyone has their own right to believe what they want to believe, the right to be angered at what they believe is wrong. But it is no one's place to say what is truly "wrong" or "right"...

the Judeo-Christian bible - there were 29 books which were "not approved" by the Papal council in the 5th Century - I have done a great deal of study of all teh major religions. One thing which is not widely known is that the Muslims believe in Jesus Christ.
