I'v been asking my parents all year if we can go to wdw (last trip was sept 05) and they have finally made a deal with me....we can go to wdw sept 08 if i get a job (i am in the summer anyway) but here comes the shocking part.....if i raise £1000 to go towards my part of the trip! i agree that i should put money towards the trip if i have a job but £1000 with the minimum wage...and ofcourse I'll need clothes etc just wondering do you think this is close to impossible?? and i forgot to mention I usually spend what ever i have!!

I am still in shock that your parent's are making you pay... And yeah....that's pretty hard, but sure- there are tons of ways to earn money.

Well, you can make good money on minimum wage if you're doing it right.
If you work at a place, like a fast food restaurant, you can get tips.
Usually people only tip the people at the cash because they don't want to open their wallet up to put like 25 cents in.

My friend has been working at Tim Horton's for maybe about two months now, and has about 600 dollars in the bank, and that doesn't include tips.
Another friend has more than that because she usually works like 12 hours each day on the weekends.
