Looking for something close by with transportation to parks (can you come and go all day or is it scheduled)?
Little or no resort fees
Nice rooms and pool

How much are you looking to spend per night, and how many people in your party? That might change someone's response. Most of the hotels have transportation only between certain hours, and it is not nearly as frequent as the Disney resort transportation.
