close auto rental...........

will be needing to rent an auto while at the FORT...
WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST WAY TO DO THIS............
we are not
towing so after a couple of weeks will rent...
last year...we took the bus to the market place....walked up hotel row
to double tree hotel who had a rental in their lobby....and did the reverse when done...
wish we could find a better way to go...
any suggestions...

My first thought would be Enterprise Car Rental .

They will bring a car to your location rather than you going to them. They have a couple of locations close by and I'm sure they could meet you at the reception outpost.

We rented through National/Alamo. They have a location on-site. There is a dedicated phone to them just to the left of the front desk inside the Outpost building. We called and they sent a bus to pick us up and take us to the office for rental. Upon car return they took us right back on the bus. Very easy!
