Clock on this board

Has anyone noticed that the time at the bottom of this board is wrong - by 15 minutes? Why?

It actually says all times are GMT +1 so it's really wrong by an hour and 15 minutes. If it was showing the time as it describes then it would be 1400/2PM now!

Well here in Wiltshire, it is 15 minutes slow - we are on GMT+1.
