Yes there is.Can't for the life of me remember if there is a digital clock in the staterooms on the Fantasy. Can anyone clear this up so that I don't pack my own if I don't need it?
Ugh. I guess I have to add another thing to buy and bring with us! My 4 year old needs a digital clock in sight so he can tell whether it's late enough to get out of bed. Otherwise he'll be jumping on us starting at 5am! Can we request one from guest services?
While we've had a clock in all our rooms (except the last one) on DCL, we have a small, battery-powered one we bring on trips. It seems that it's really hit or miss as to whether there are now clocks in the room, or even if one would be available if you request one. I'd suggest investing in a travel clock. Thanks for all the replies! For some reason I wasn't getting any notifications that there were replies to this thread, so I'm late checking back in on it.
Yes, it's nice to know how early or late it is when you wake up in darkness. We don't have cell phones and I don't feel like reaching for my watch and figuring out which button to push for the light when I'm half-asleep. I'd be interested to know as well if you can request a clock or whether we'll have to bring one with us.
You can buy inexpensive (less than $10) travel alarm clocks on Amazon.Terrible news. I don't want my phone out at all for the 7 nights and I don't own a watch.
