Looks like click to the magic is back up and running the monorail is moving and everything!

Was just going to post this. The points are crediting.

Just curious...does anyone know how many Disney Dollars you get at CttM for 3000 points (the lowest cashout value)? I'm trying to figure out if it's even worth it to do this program (and I know people have been waiting for a long time to get their cashouts). I'm pretty limited to how many points I can get a day on this site, and have less than 300 right now.

TIA!

You could get $10 for 2100 points. But you need 3000 for your first cash out. That would leave you with 900 points after cashing out. I'm not sure if the redemption amounts will stay the same or not.

Glad to hear it's up and running again! WTG Bonnie. I'm glad to see that this wasn't another RP that just vanished in the night never to return.

It's working for me. Try clearing your cookies and cache. :badpc:

:cheer2: :cheer2: Yay! I'm glad CTTM is still around. Bonnie left a message about what's been happening on the front page. I'll paste it here just in case it's not showing up for some of us. Good news on the redemptions! I think I just might cash out :)

We're back online!

It's been a long 3 months and we missed you! Thank you to everyone who has kept us in their thoughts. What happened? Well, let me tell you! Late February, we started optimizing our site. Apparently, this caused a high usage on our old hosting company. For a lack of better words, they had a major temper tantrum and pulled our site. They refused to put our site back up and would not allow us to view which part of the site was causing what they felt to be the error. They forced us to close down with them.

Next we tried working with another hosting company. They turned out to be a major scam shop. Let me tell you, the Better Business Bureau does nothing to help the consumer. Yes, they will take your complaint, but when it comes to getting resolution, their hands are tied and will not fight for you. We found this out first hand. They will allow you to file, but unless the company in question replies themselves and provides resolution, the BBB will not do anything but close out the complaint as unresolved. You get the point, I'm sure. That lost us most of April.

Our next decision was to host ourselves. We ordered business lines and equipment as well upgraded ourselves and server. 3 weeks later and no lines, we started making phone calls. 5 techs and 5 different sets of info later, we conclude that this was probably a bad idea as we could not get the site to resolve on the server. We are very grateful to FtWrthTx.com for providing us homepage hosting throughout our downtime!!!

Finally in a much researched and much needed moment, we found a new host that met all of our hosting needs. We are still transferring files over, but things are moving quite quickly! We have received personal attention to answers to our questions and this is key. We will be answering all support requests as soon as we are receiving email. Within a week, we will be switching over to our helpdesk and support emails will no longer be used.

Redemptions are going out in the next two weeks as planned. We were unable to retrieve addressing information. Our database is in tact and in exact order as when the site was taken down, no one has lost points. All received swaps will be credited over the weekend and new items added. New site features will be released as soon as they are ready and Paid Emails will resume immediately. We would like to thank everyone for sticking by and supporting us while we got our stuff together. No one missed our site as much as we did, and the time lost (or wasted as the case may be) should never have taken so long. I for one, am exstatic to have CttM back online and its great to welcome everyone back! So, without further ado, LET'S MAKE SOME MAGIC!!!

Thank you again,

Bonnie Corso, CEO and the entire Click to the Magic Team

Hi All,
I just want to take a quick moment to apologize for not being on the board in forever!!!
The last 3 months have found me putting my training to use only to find that the machine we have is junk. We finally gave up trying to do it ourselves and found a great host! This one is the best by far to date!

We're still going through the site tweaking it. We want to get the optimized pages up (this is what caused the error on the old host that pulled a tantrum on us).

Redemptions will resume this week. I've got most here, just couldn't access addressing information.

Everyone has been wonderful and patient with us and I appreciate that! Before the site takedown, things got so hectic with the sale of our shop and the site, the takedown from the old host was the straw that broke the camel's back.

I'm very happy the site is back up. I missed it something terrible! It's great to be back!!! I probably will only lurk for a while until things are working correctly. We've been on the site all day finding errors, so please, if anyone finds anything, PM me, I'll get right on it!!!

BTW, the 3000 is gone for first redemption. We are probably going to do away with PayPal as a payment option, we no longer use it ourselves as we ran into many issues with them while we were down, but that's not been 100% decided, so stay tuned...

Thank you again to everyone, I personally appreciate everyone's patience!!!!Have a safe weekend!!
Bonnie

yeah, worked for me today! Glad to hear it's back.

Yeah. I hope she pays us soon. I am waiting for 2 redemptions and have enogh for 1 more

Ok, I got in, but I can't see the redemption page, and I can't find the swaps page anymore- is there something I am doing wrong?

Thanks!
Lisa

I tried to join and got the following error. I have no idea what that means.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e2f'

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'FirstRedeem', table 'bcorso_tinksmagic.bcorso_tinksmagic.users'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.

/join.asp, line 116

I got the same message. I pmed Bonnie and gave her my email she said she could do it herself but then she pmed me and said it had been fixed so I tried to do it myself and got the same error message. I haven't heard back yet from her but I know she is trying to work the kinks out still on her site. According to another thread there might be some virus issues now with her site. I am sure she will get it together in a few days...but I too am anxious to join and cannot

Tweak, Tweak, lol! ;) Fixed the sign up. NEXT!!!! I gotta say, I MISSED this!!! I love this! Should I be having fun???

Hooray!! Thanks, Bonnie! :)
