Our family from Cleveland is joining us on our May trip and has asked us to book their flights for them so that we can get times that match our own flights (DC and NJ). The thing is, since we're not from Cleveland, I don't know what a good price for a flight is from CLE to MCO. We've been getting $198 from the Delta website, but I don't know if that's an average price, high, or a good deal. My DC flight is currently $175 so I am really tempted to book it now since I rarely see anything that low out of DCA (usually good deals are at BWI or even Dulles, but not DCA which is 1000x more convenient). But once I book mine, I'm sorta locked into that time for the CLE flight too. Anyone fly out of CLE and know what the good rates are/cheaper airlines? This is their first trip to Disney so they have no idea what the rates should be either.

Continental is the only airline that has non stop flights. Their fare is around 240 RT.

SWA may have a direct flight depending on when you are going but it is only one per day at best.

We're flying out of Cleveland- direct flight on Continental.
They had the best price going. Mind you- we could have gone with a cheaper flight had we went with layovers- but we didn't want to mess with that. It was worth the extra 20 bucks or whatever it was!!!
I'd check them out!

We always fly Continental for FF miles. That being said anytime you can get a non-stop Clevland to MCO for around $200 jump on it.

Travel is up across the USA and airlines know it......so the prices will only keep going up.

Wow, thanks for all the replies. Let me add some data and see if that changes things. The $198 price is on Delta and they are for connecting flights. They have a variety of flight times at that price, and the family is pretty flexible and will basically leave whenever the cheapest flights are. Continental has direct flights, also at several different times, and those are $222. Southwest right now is at $276, which seems really high to me, but since I'm unfamiliar with the airport, I guess that could be the normal rate and the Delta and Continental rates are cheap!?! Now, they're travelling with a 6 year old and so they'd prefer a nonstop flight, but if they can save almost $75 by using connecting flights, they'd probably pick that option. So is the $198 good since it's connecting, or is that only a good rate if it's a direct flight?
