Ok, I'm computer dumb when it comes to that type of stuff. But, I've seen people mention doing this before you open the online ADR system.

What does this mean, and how do I do it?? :confused3

Cookies are small files containing variables that are stored on your computer when you go to a web site. Without getting overly technical they allow the site to recognize you when you go back. For example, if you log into Amazon.com for shopping you are remembered. When you go back a week later it will know who you are. Unless of course you clear cookies.

How you do it depends on your web browswer. I am assuming you are using Internet Explorer if you are on a PC and Safari if you are on a Mac. Do you know which you are using and if so, which version you are using?

This page will give you the instruction on how to do it in all modern versions of Internet Explorer and this page will walk you through it on a Mac.

If you are using Firefox (which I recommend on either PC or Mac), Opera, Chrome, Thunderbird, or anything else let me know and I can try to get you instructions.

Thank you so much for this. I've been trying to do this all day without success.
Now I'll try again to get the online ADRs to work.

Sorry 3 "Mouse"keteers, I've no idea how it helps with the online ADR system but I haven't been able to get it to work for the last 2 days. I phoned the technical help line and they told me to try clearing the cookies.
