clear US customs in Toronto?

Hi There, we leave for WDW in two weeks. I just received the Magical Express information but I am perplexed about one thing. We are travelling from Victoria, connecting in Toronto to Orlando. Am I right in thinking we will clear US customs in Toronto before flying to Orlando and if so does it mean that when we land in Orlando, it is in essence like a US domestic flight? The reason I ask is to determine whether we need to claim our luggage in Orlando and then pass it over to the Magical Express or will it be like any other US flight where Magical Express will take care of it completely (ie we don't see our luggage after Toronto until we are in our WDW hotel)??? Thanks for your help!

You will clear customs in Toronto, so you won't have to get your bags in Orlando. Just make sure you have your yellow ME tags on your luggage and you can relax and head over to the ME check-in.
