Cleaning with Vinegar

Does anyone know how to clean the inside of your micowave oven using vinegar?

Sometimes I use it to clean the microwave. I use it full strength though. I put some vinegar on a paper towel and scrub it that way. It stinks pretty bad though.

To clean your microwave oven, mix together 2 Tbsp. of lemon juice or vinegar and 2 cups of water in a 4 cup glass microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for two to three minutes. Carefully remove the bowl and wipe the microwave with paper towels. Repeat as necessary.

I put a half a cup of white vinegar into a glass bowl and microwave for 4 - 5 minutes. The vinegar boils and steams up the inside. Immediately take a paper towel and remove dirt and build up easily. It works great to rid the kitchen of food odors as well!

EEWWW!! YUCK!! When I was a kid, my mom cleaned with vinegar and water...especially when I was sick. I can't smell vinegar now without wanting to get sick. Funny what your olfactory remembers and tells your stomach!
