I would like to give by charms a bit a clean as they could do with some added sparkle.:goodvibes, My two news ones have put the rest to shame :flower3:

I have seen some silver polishing cloths (Maker Mends brand) on Amazon... does anyone use these or recommend something else? I am a bit anxious as I don't want to do any damage to them.

DW says that she uses the cleaning cloth that comes with the charms/bracelet :)

Mine didn't come with a cleaning cloth  I wonder if you can buy them from Pandora?

In the mean time, I did find this information on cleaning and care:

Pandora Jewelry Care

Caring for your Pandora jewelry is easy with a few simple steps. Since you have created a unique piece of jewelry, you will want to keep it looking shiny. As with all fine jewelry, it is recommended that it should not be worn when doing housework or gardening.

For cleaning, simply use lukewarm soapy water - that is best. Use a soft toothbrush to scrub and then rinse in clean water. To remove caked-on dirt, soak for ten minutes in lukewarm soapy water, gently brush then rinse in clean water. For a shinier surface, you can consult an authorized retailer in your area to arrange for an in-store cleaning (not available at all retailers). Alternatively, you can polish your jewelry with a special polishing cloth which contains a cleaning solution, available at in our supplies category.

WARNING: DO NOT EXPOSE PANDORA JEWELRY TO CHEMICALS. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your Pandora product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish and chemicals commonly found in pools, hot tubs and spas. Oxidized silver and pearls are easily damaged.

WARNING RUBBER - We have been informed by Pandora about a reaction of Pandora bracelets to rubber. In a recent newsletter to stores, Pandora states "We would like to remind you not to introduce your Pandora Jewelry to rubber. This includes, but is not limited to, storing it with rubber bands, rubber bracelets, or in a storage box made with rubber components. The exposure to rubber causes the jewelry to become discolored."

Take it into the pandora shop, at blue water you just drop it in and they clean it for free .
I do have to take my chamilla charms off first as they moan otherwise x

i heard toothpaste works actually he works in a jewelry shop he puts a little on it and then rub with a soft cloth and wash it with cold water

I bought one of the silver cloths from John Lewis (for a picture frame, not a bracelet) and found it useless, but it might have been because the frame was very overdue for a polish:rolleyes1 If you have a shop near you ask there first:thumbsup2
