I cannot get them clean without streaking them, does anyone have any experience with a product/method/both that is succesful? I am so frustrated!
Thanks.
Put about half a cup of white vinegar in half a bucket of warm water and use a microfiber cloth to wipe them down. Use a second dry microfiber cloth to wipe them completely dry. I tried in vane to clean my large windows with windex and various other window cleaning products and rags/cloths/paper towels - nothing worked. My neighbor told me about the above and it worked perfectly!
If you are looking for a ready-made product, try for Sprayway Glass Cleaner. We got a free sample in the mail last year and I adore it! I have bought it many times since. It never has left streaks and cleans beautifully. It is in a blue and white aerosol can and I have found it at Target, Lowe's, and my grocery store. I love a homemade window cleaner at times, but for tough spots and windows that will annoy me if they are not perfect this is the BEST!

Invisible glass, it's a little more expensive, but I can clean a whole wall of slider glass and never have one streak. It can be hard to find (at least around here) but I can always find it at Advance Auto and Ingles
I use an empty glass cleaner bottle filled about 1/3 of water an a teaspoon of cornstarch spray on rag then wipe window then follow up with a dry rag. Cheap nonstreaked windows an mirrors. If glass is very dirty I clean then use the cornstarch water.
The cornstarch mix lasts forever just shake before using.
