My scrap stuff from the last 2 swaps that haven't been put away.

Hmmm, looks like my house! I clean my house spotless just about everyday and an hour after I'm finished it's a disaster area again.

I had Panera for lunch yesterday, we had McDonalds for dinner on Sat, and the styrofoam was actually a gyro and a greek salad, I didn't want cheese pizza.
I did make progress though, i threw out the pizza and take out containers. And DS10 emptied the dishwasher, I only asked him 3 days in a row! So now I can reload it. I'll post after pictures later tonight.

Hey DH says your house looks like ours.. that you shouldn't change a thing until I clean..
He said if he has to live with a swapaholic that you DH has to deal with it too!!

I showed my DH and he said, Wow, looks just like our house. And No you can not leave it this way. So off I go. I'm going to look at it for awhile and then go to bed. I'll take care of it after preschool tomorrow.

Mine would look like this and does in some areas but I refuse to clean the bathroom floor until the plumber fixing the toilet finishes and I am not sure when he is returning to do so. My kitchen is looking good only because my dad who is visiting decided to do the dishes while I was out mailing my swap. I cleaned like crazy this weekend because my dad was coming to town.

Honestly, mine aspires to look as nice as your's does right now. My craft room is a DISASTER. I would show you all, but you would never believe it. And because my DH wanted to paint last weekend, I'm still living with my dining room all over my kitchen and porch...

I did tell DH now that I am taking a break from swaps, I'll be organizing my craft room( <---what is my DH doing on the floor?). I have listened to my organizing cd, and I think I have a plan. But you know, I watch those shows like Clean Sweep, and Clean House, and I see how much stuff they make those crafty women dump. And I ask you, if they have to throw all their stuff away, is it really worth getting THAT organized?

That is not getting organized. That is pitching things you are going to need in three months and then have to spend more money to re-buy them.
Give me a show that lets you keep your stuff and get organized. I'd watch that.

what is in the white binder like things in the scraproom???

I need to figure out some way to hold my ribbon.. I have them hanging on peg hangers and DD seems to enjoy going in unrolling them and leaving them hanging! EERRR
I also need to figure a way to store my swap goodies so I can use them.. I have them in file folders now but they are so large that stuff is flowing up and out of them!!!

BTW, the kitchen looks nice.. Now how about the coffee table? Did you get that taken care of??
I need to get my kitchen done.. busy weekend.. Visitation weekend, boys have basketball starting tonight w/ DS10 and tomorrow SS12, and both boys on Sunday... and that doesn't include what DS14 hasn't told his mom or us..I guess what he doesn't tell us we aren't responsible for, right?
