Clay Aiken's interview impressed me

Did anyone else feel that way?..after all he has been through..to still be the thoughful considerate man he seems to be , made me even more of a fan than I was before..aside from being a great singer, he truly seems to be a 'genuine' person..and it makes me even more sure that even though he wasn't the official American Idol 'winner'..he is going to prove that he will be the real 'winner' in the long run..his cd is being released BEFORE Ruben's..but I don't think that it will matter..I am betting that sales of Clay's cd will far outsell Ruben's!..GO CLAY!..

Clay really impressed me last night as well and I was rooting for Ruben to A.I.. I still think they are both amazing singers but Clay seems like a very special person and I feel like I know much more about him than I do Ruben. I think Ruben is just not good at doing interviews. Listening to Clay sing last night gave me chills...he's amazing!

I am so sorry that I missed that interview! Clay is a classy performer, I heard his new song "Measure of a Man" on the radio, I think it's going to be huge!!!!!

I was actually really upset for him when his father's family asked him to leave his grandmother's funeral.

I never knew his half-sister killed herself, either.

So much adversity, and to come through it as well as he has, speaks volumes for his character.

I was already a fan, but this impressed me quite a bit.
