DD and DS bought it for me today, of course DD was running the CD player and I finally said "Isn't it strange that Clay made a Cd with 6 tracks of Invisible" (her fave so she kept hitting repeat). Still haven't heard the whole thing- I think she took it to bed with her but I will confiscate it tomorrow!

I am sure looking forward to buying it! I just love his voice! Didn't like him at first, but he "grew" on me quickly.

I don't think the first CD's ever really show the true performer. I think it generally takes 2-3 before they really develope their style.

I ordered 2 copies of the CD (one for the house, one for the car) through Amazon, and I'm waiting (not very patiently, I might add ) for them to arrive. I can't wait!

I bought it yesterday and I listened to most of it, and I have to admit that I was a little bit disappointed. It definitely does not do a good enough job of displaying his talent...most of the songs seem like they're very over-produced. I still really like it, though!

My mom bought the CD yesterday and we just bought another one today. I haven't had the chance at listening to it (my mom listened to it all day yesterday and she gave it to my dad to listen in the car today). However, we had downloaded a few song samples (about 2 minutes long each) and I really like "I Will Carry You" but I like a lot of the others too. My mom is a HUGE fan, and so I'm backing away for now (used to be really obsessed) because she gets a bit carried away (not like some people, but still). When I went to WalMart today, there was only one CD left, and it was already in the This Week's #1 spot...after coming out yesterday.

Plus, have any of you heard Invisible on the radio? I heard it a few days ago, before the CD came out. It's a much better song for the radio than This is the Night (which I like, BTW, but I prefer Invisible).

I see a huge success in his future, definitely.

I hope I can find one soon. I missed out going to get one yesterday because my son was home sick. I got a chance to go out this evening and they are all sold out.

Of course since I live in Raleigh, I have heard Invisible on the radio a lot. It is a beautiful song.

I sure wish they would play anything of Clay's on the radio here in Atlanta. Maybe I'm just not listening to the right stations, but they haven't played any Clay or even Ruben, just Kelly Clarkson. I wanna hear Clay!

Got my Amazon copies yesterday and LOVE this Cd! Its a beautiful collection of music that I don't cringe when I listen to it. Future CD's will be even better if this is the first (rush)one. what a magnificent voice. Shine, Measure of a Man and The Way are absolutely beautiful songs.!

I'll admit I am a little disapointed in the CD. I love Clay and he does a great job singing on the CD but the songs they picked for it leave a bit to be desired. I hope that they realize the mistake and put out a second album with better songs soon.

I have to agree, I was really disappointed in the CD. The songs do not capture how great this kids voice is. I would have loved to hear a cut of Solitairy Man--he did such a great job on the song. All the songs sound the same, and it as if they are trying to mold his voice into someting else.
