Classic DIS threads

OC had the evil chicken as his avitar. I got my first points making a snarky comment to his reincarnated identity when he was the german with the japanese wife.

Some of the best threads were poofed....quickly. Usually on a Friday or Saturday night.

I did like the thread where someone was bitingly sarcastic in posting a satire of every foolish idea ever posted on the Dis. Something about the 8 members of their family staying at pop and taking their own bread to the parks so that they could have salad from the burger bars and bread not paying anything for anything.

The original Focker thread was to die for funny before it was shut down.

Love these!! Also there was one by a handyman business owner whose "co-worker"signed onto her computer....or am I confusing threads? She basically got busted on all of her lies.

My first point worthy post (still don't agree with that, but anyway...).

She posted that she was terminally ill (asking about how to get tickets to one of the parties - don't remember which one). When called on it, she then said that we must have misunderstood a thread in which she posted that her friend was terminally ill. When it was pointed out that she said "I am terminally ill", she then claimed that her friend had logged in as her. A friend who, coincidentally, must have had a daughter who had the exact same birthday as her own daughter.

Yup, I'm still bitter.

Also, this one lasted an very shory time- a woman was sugar waxing her legs and the wax got stuck in a private place. I howled with laughter at that one- her description was hilarious but not vulgar.

The twins post is one of my faves too. lol.

Anyone else remember the story about the guy arrested because supposedly someone told him that he could put all his purchases from multiple stores (maybe all of DTD?) in one bag and just pay later? I can't remember all the details right now but it was definitely a classic!

There were some really great dining reviews by Mr. Disney and his partner, I think Kevin? They had the best pics and were so funny. I remember that his partner joined the DIS after much encouragement from everyone to hear his side of things and after just one post got tagged from the Tag Fairy.
