Classic children's films?

I'm thinking about Christmas and what to get for my children. I like to buy a couple of DVD's, so I'm asking for suggestions.

These are a few of our family favourites:
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang
Oliver!
Annie
Elf
The Wizard of Oz
Mary Poppins
The Sound of Music
Hocus Pocus
A Christmas Carol
Ella Enchanted
Are we there yet?
Matilda
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Night at the Museum

I'm looking for non-animated films (although I might invest in Pinocchio and Monsters Inc while the 241 offer is still on).

Any other suggestions of family favourites?

How about The Railway Children? I also like Pete's Dragon it is part animated, but remember seeing it at school as a treat when I was about 9. Oh and there is Bedknobs and Broomsticks

Bedknobs and Broomsticks is one of DH's favourite films. I had forgotten about Miracle on 34th Street. Might add that to the collection.

How about The Princess Bride (my dh loves this one) and also the Herbie movies. I used to love Herbie when I was little, in fact I have the dvd box set.

ETA - Nanny McPhee's another good one.

I don't know how old your kids are but when I was a kid I loved the Pippi Longstocking film (the non-animated one). I also loved Edward Scissorhands and the Addams Family films.
