I've used mine about 5 times and I think there was a noticable difference in my skin by the third use. It felt much smoother, and my pores are definintely cleaner. DH started using it, and he likes it too. I take the head off after each use to dry it out - I don't want it to get gunky underneath.

Taking the brush off might not be a bad idea. Nothing ever gets dry here in FL and it will get gunky under there.
My pores definitely shrink up when I use my clarisonic

Which cleanser do you guys use with your clarisonic? I use the cheap Cereve face wash. My dermatologist recommended it but it's nothing great.

I use Neutrogena Naturals Purifying Facial cleanser.

I used the small sample cleanser that came with the Mia for two days and I broke out horribly. So in the garbage that went!

Thanks to this thread, I finally broke down and ordered one. I was on the fence, but with all the great reviews I went with the Mia. I got it for $93 and that includes tax so I didn't think I did that bad.
