Clarification please on transfers???

Issues about transfer restrictions have been raised....can anyone clarify this for me.

My understanding is that you are allowed ONE transfer IN AND ONE transfer OUT per calendar year.

Also while banked and borrowed points cannot be transferred,
transferred points can be banked or borrowed.

Do I have this right?

The rule now is that you can transfer out as many times as you want per use year or, alternatively, you can transfer in as many times as you want. However, you cannot both transfer out and in during the same use year. Neither banked nor borrowed points can be transfered. Current points once transfered can be banked; however, you cannot borrow.
