I own at both BWV and SSR. I planned to transfer out all of my Sep 2011 Use Year points to another member. Is the 1 transfer per Use Year by contract? Or is it by membership?

Once I do an outgoing transfer of my SSR points, for example, can I still transfer out my BWV points?

It's been a few years since I've done this, and back then there wasn't a one transfer per year limitation yet. ^^;

Oh duh, I just reread my own old DVC Points Transfer 101 thread... and answered my own question: it's not per contract! Doh!

Yes, it's one per use year per membership number.

For example -

If the SSR contract is an add-on to the BWV contract (or vice verse), then you would have one membership number.

If you have different use years, then for sure you would have two membership numbers.

Since all your points are Sep points, you undoubtedly have one member number. You can transfer all those points as long as you do it at the same time.

While the one per master contract is the way things have been working for a while, the wording regarding transfers could easily be interpreted to be one transfer per member across all master contracts. Likely the reason they haven't used this interpretation is that it would create a situation where some could do multiple transfers and others couldn't even if they had multiple master contracts based on whether some of the players were different for different contracts.

Does the 1X transfer only apply to transfers or is it for rental of points as well?
