Hey everyone. So I'm leaving Thursday with my 13 YO daughter for 4 days at Poly, club level. My question:

What would you recommend to best take advantage of this? Aside from the sort of low hanging fruit, like using the lounge for snacks and drinks, what should I know? Ways to leverage the concierge? Things I will have access to?

Any and all help/suggestions appreciated! Thank you!

The biggest perks of club level at Disney are access to the lounge and the food and drinks. Many people make a meal or even multiple meals per day out of what is offered in the lounge. Poly lounge has an amazing view of MK fireworks. CL guests are taken to a separate area for check in (usually, this may not happen depending on what time of day you arrive or how busy it is), and can have purchases sent directly back to their rooms. Concierge is there to help with whatever you need. They can book special experiences, ADRs, or FP, but they are limited to what is available, which may not be much if your trip is happening so soon. CL guests also have the option to purchase extra FP, but again that’s limited to what is available.

Is this your first Disney CL stay? Maybe take a peek at the CL information thread to get a better understanding of what CL at Disney entails so you won’t be disappointed.

Thanks, Sally! Greatly appreciated. I did stay at GF CL a few years ago, but aside from the lounge, we didn't do anything that would have been specific to the club experience.

IMO there’s really not much more to know than what you and @SillySallySews note above. The CL CMs that are there are great if you run into any sort of problems, but they aren’t miracle workers and can’t really get you FPs or ADRs that aren’t otherwise available to anyone else online.

But sometimes they can offer convenient help. Need to cancel an ADR but don’t have the time to mess with it yourself? It’s easy enough to stop by the desk and ask for assistance.

Other than that, Poly CL is pretty “easy” and the best part is the food, drink, Hawaii longhouse location, and lounge. Enjoy!
