Citywalk Upstair Clubs open to children in early evening??

When we were at Universal last January, we went to Citywalk after the parks closed and they had 2 DJ's on a stage trying to corral people to the clubs upstairs. They had offered a special deal, until 9:00 pm, all children could go up with parents and experience the clubs, music and dancing, no cover charges. Does anyone know if this is still being offered? My 11 year old DD thinks it would be great to be allowed to dance at a club. Does any one know of a place to call to find out some info on this?
