CityWalk Passes?

Last time I was at Universal, when we boughtour tickets at the booth we also tried to buy CityWalk Passes.... the person in the kiosk said not to bother since most of the places didn't require CityWalk admission.

Is this still true? Does anyone have a list of the places that require a CityWalk Pass and which are open to all?

Most of the clubs and restaurants require a cover or the Citywalk party pass to enter after around 10 pm or so.

Off the top of my head, the ones that charge cover after 10 are:

Margritaville
Motown Cafe
Bob Marley
The Groove (they may charge before 10)
