City Walk

I was just curious if anyone know about how far City Walk is from DTD? We are going to WDW/US in September but my sister is coming with dh and I and our kids so we were looking to maybe go out for a night. We had thought about going to PI but now that they have demolished we can't go there so we have to go to City Walk and we were curious to know how far away it would be from our hotel in DTD? Thanks for any help...

Just an FYI...CityWalk is mainly geared for adults so there isn't much for kids to do other than a few carnival games and the movie theater. Of course your party can have a great dinner at one of the restaurants and listen to some live music. But to answer your question...it's about 11 miles between DTD and CityWalk. If you are driving, there is a $3.00 parking charge after 6pm.

I think she meant that since her sister was going, she could watch the kids and she and her DH could go out for the night.
Depending on what time you leave, I'd say it's about 20-30 minutes (not the cheapest cab ride-- will you have a car?). It's really fun-- the atmosphere is great at night and there's plenty of great places to eat and dance and walk around.
