Citrocos breakfast lunch ddp

I read that Citrocos would be open for lunch while GF cafe is used for character dining. Does anyone know if they will allow lunch there on DDP and if lunch would be 1 credit or 2?

Someone posted that breakfast and lunch will be one credit on the DDP. Dinner will continue to be two credits and a typical Citricos menu.

Both things make sense.

Yes, both are on the plan as they have always been.

But this seems an attempt on WDW Dine's part to explain the situation. It's not as if GF Cafe can magically transport itself upstairs for breakfast and lunch while Citricos is suspended in space somewhere.

Today is the first day that Citricos is scheduled to serve breakfast and lunch so we'll have to wait for reports and reviews.

But I would expect the menu to be close to the regular GF Cafe breakfast and lunch menu. We've had lunch at the Cafe since the GF opened and the menu is tweaked fairly often. Maybe some old favorites will reappear like the GF Ice Tea, the Cuban sandwich and the cheeseburger with jack sauce (can't remember the right name for it).

Why do you insist that Citricos is serving breakfast and lunch? Citricos only serves dinner. GF Cafe is serving lunch, just in a different room? Phrasing it like that can lead people to believe they are getting Citricos for 1TS, which isn't the case.

Sorry, I disagree. Telling folks that GF Cafe will be serving lunch is much more misleading IMO. Most people would head to GF Cafe wouldn't they?

I think the CM you spoke to probably was making up her own verbiage.

A restaurant is first a place...the menu follows. And the credit thing is very much secondary as many aren't on the DDP anyway.

I would certainly trust the words of allears over a single WDW Dine CM. Most are great but some do "wing it" at times.
