So my wife and I just ate here this weekend and it definitely was worth the money!
We ordered everything we wanted and didn't hold back at all.
For the apps I ordered the panadas and she got the shrimp. The panadas were amazing and melted in your mouth. The pulled pork was some of the best I ever had. The shrimp was just okay. We didn't care for the way they tasted with the feta cheese. We did, however, love dipping the bread in the shrimp broth.
The only real disappointing part of the night was the soup and salad course. My wife got the Zuckerman's Farm Delta Asparagus salad and thought it was okay, but did not like the asparagus. She said they were bland and they were not the smaller type. These things were huge! I got the Vegetable Pistou Soup with a Chicken meatball. The meatball tasted really good, but I didn't care for all the beans in the soup.
Now on to the best part of the meal! The entrees and dessert. I got the Braised Veal Shank and my wife got the Pan-roasted Ashley Farms Chicken Breast. Again, she didn't care for the asparagus but said it was probably the best chicken she's ever had. I LOVED the veal shank. It was HUGE! I couldn't even finish the whole thing and to think I was worried going into this meal thinking I wouldn't be full when I left. My veal shank came with a potato carrot puree that was a great addition to the veal. When they say they have to be careful carrying the plate to your table because the bone may fall off they are right. This thing falls right apart and just melts in your mouth.
For dessert we got the Banana tort and the Lemon Cheesecake. The cheesecake was my favorite, but the tort was just as good. I did ask if they made their own ice cream and the waitress said no, but they get the best of everything.
If you get a chance to go here I highly recommend it. The food was amazing and the service was perfect. I never once waited for my drink to be refilled and the waitress (from Canada) was very friendly and funny. A small drawback to this place was a table near ours had a kid probably around a year old that would just scream off the top of their lungs and it annoyed the hell out of me for the first 20min or so we were there. The waitress even made a comment to us about how she couldn't even wait for them to leave.
Definitely make this ADR if you get a chance. You won't be disappointed. I think my next visit here I will get the filet and substitute the side of pan seared scallops instead of a soup/salad course.
I will try to upload pics in a little bit if anyone is interested. Feel free to ask some questions too and I will try to answer them.
