Citricos for closed 1900 Park

I understand that while 1900 Park is closed Citricos will pick up some of the slack for the Grand Floridian Cafe - serve breakfast and lunch, etc.
Are they going to add to the dinner menu and if so will Citricos still be a 2TS restaurant? This July I was thinking of getting the DDP but since we always end up at the GF Cafe for at least 2 light dinners I'm not sure if the DDP is a good idea.

Well, I DID think that Citricos would be serving breakfast and lunch, but I asked when I called a couple weeks ago, and the Dining CM I spoke with said that lunch will still be served at the GFC. She didn't think CItricos would be serving breakfast, either. I'd love to find out that information is wrong, and that Citricos will be serving some meals (for 1 TS), breakfast and/or lunch.

According to the rehab schedule here http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/rehab.htm on the DISboards "1900 Park Fare will be closed for refurbishment from July 9 thru October 1. During this time, the Grand Floridian Cafe will be hosting the Character meals. (Lunch at the Cafe is temporarily discontinued) "
