Citadel Outlets Shuttle Bus

Has anyone ever taken the Citadel Outlet Shuttle bus? Is it worth it? How was the service? Where do they pick up at the HOJO's?

The reason I am wondering is my mom is coming with us in October to DL and she does not want to spend 4 days in the park with us. But she loves shopping. So I am hoping this shuttle to the outlet mall is something easy for her to do because she does not travel well.

I would like to know as well I am wanting to use this service when I'm there in a few weeks Citadel is must do on my list I love the place

I am just curious as to where exactly the shuttle bus picks you up at HOJO's. Is it on the road in front of HOJO's like the tour buses or does it actually pull into the HOJOs parking lot?

I just found out from HoJo's that the shuttle bus picks you up directly in front of their front desk. The bus will have Citadel written on the side.
