But you can sign up on the Cirque website for their club and get special offers for all their events. Sometimes they give you deals on general admission, but sometimes they are only deals if you're getting the higher priced (VIP) seats in the first place.
I've gone to La Nouba once. I enjoyed it but to me it is still a circus, albeit a very well-choreographed and dramatic circus. If you have seen any of the Cirque videos on TV and you liked it, then you will also enjoy La Nouba. Take the time to read about the background story for the show. It will help you to get more out of the experience.
We've been twice and it was worth every penny both times!
Really would love to see it again on this next trip, however, Cousin (36) has an unnatural fear of clowns/circus people. Hoping to talk her into it since the clown part is very small.
We didn't get any discounts but saw it in August and it is worth every penny. DS13 (was 12 at the time) is not impressed by much these days and even he said it was amazing. That in itself was worth the price, lol.
Not sure where you work, but if you are a county or govt. employee your employer might belong to a group that sells discount tix. I work in a school and we get discounts on shows, hotels and cell service.
My family went for the first time last summer and it was very enjoyable. I found discount tickets on Living Social last year for under $50 each. I seem to recall reading somewhere that the box office sells reduced tickets to an area of the theater that has the least impressive view but that you had to be in line early to get these tickets. Not sure if they still do this though.
