Is there any where that has promotions for tickets. It will cost over $300 for a family of 3 in decent seats from what I can tell. I was looking on their website. Any help greatly appreciated we are not going until 18th June 2014

Not seen any recently but keep an eye on Travelzoo, that's where I booked last time. This was their last offer http://www.travelzoo.com/entertainm...-La-Nouba-by-Cirque-du-Soleil-Reg-95-1600916/

The first time we booked the day the tickets were released and bought best seats. 2nd time thru Travelzoo deal we were in seats right behind the expensive seats. There isn't a bad seat on the house, even the cheapest have a good view.

You can sign up on the CdeS website to become a friend, then you get the very occasional email from them, and a discount off your ticket. The other way is to go to the box office half an hour before the show starts, I believe they do cheap tickets then.
We booked via the friends and got front row side atage seats, astonishing. Mrs Stoat is an old curmugeon, shesaid she only glanced at her watch once during the performance and was amazed an hour had gone by.

You go the same time as us OP and I am also looking for tickets. We have seen it and loved it. Last time I got half price tickets by subscribing to the Cirque Club (free). They seem to release regional specials about a month out. We booked less than 3 weeks in advance and had great seats. We didn't get to choose. We were just allocated seats, but we were happy with them.

I will put you on my list of people to notify for various discounts (we need a UK discount watch thread!). If I see anything for Cirque I will message you and post on here.

We did this in 2012. Joined the club for free and tier 2 seats were about $55 each, if I recall. You get allocated seats, but if you don't want the allocated ones, keep opening new booking windows (10 seats at a time) until it puts you in a block you fancy. Took about 6 open windows, but worked for us :). The partial bookings are held for 10 mins or so. Seats we ended up in were great - facing the stage, at the front of the second block.

It's a superb show. Absolutely enthralling. My boys (9/10) also loved it.

Thank you everyone for your help. We are very excited, only now hubby wants to change hotels, but to upgrade so suppose I shouldn't complain :cool1:
