Cirque du Soleil tickets, web or phone?

Are the ticket selections the same on the web compared to calling? The best seats seem to be blocked out, even 6 months out. At least that is the way it seems on the web.

I thought the selections on the web were pretty good. I was scoping it out for future use.

I don't want to be at the very front as I have read opinions that a little further back is better.

Many people really like the Level 2 seats.

Good luck. I don't have much of an answer for you. :teeth:

i don't know but i am guessing it is the same both ways... they give you what they consider the best available seat in your price...you don't get to pick, at least not on the phone ( how i ordered) i asked "what if i don't want that one, she said "then you don't get any" and explained the above....guessing you could call later but i would have been scared to ( think it might have been Cruella on the phone with me)

I ran into the same problem you are coming across. No matter how many times I would refresh the site, the best seats were never available. What I would do is call Disney and they can transfer you to someone over there like they did me. You ask for whatever seats and they will tell you then mail them to you once they are paid for. We can't wait to see Cirq. This will be our first time.

I have been trying to purchase tickets for Cirque du Soleil for the last couple of days. The website keeps saying an error has occured, please try back later. :badpc: Has anyone else had this problem? I called and I did not want the tickets she offered to me. Any suggestions on how I can get the tickets I want?

May I ask what tickets you decided on? What did you think were the best seats?

I'm still debating this one although I know it will be Level 1 or 2 and that we are DEFINITELY going.

booked my seats today.....
tried to do it by computer but received an error message after I had put in credit card #.....
I then had to call and couldn't believe the amount of seats they had that were far better than I was booking.

Definately CALL!!

There are so many things to watch in the show, that either up front - or further back - you still have good seats.

Up front, you'll feel more of a "part" of the show. The performers will walk behind you ( if you are in the 100 level seats ), and possibly up and down your isles depending on which section you are in. If you are in the 200 level seats, you're looking down on all this, but you are also eye level to some of the acrobatic stuff like trapeez, and the "higher up" stuff.

Either way, they are both good places to sit. You can see the show many times and notice things you didn't see before.
