Could someone tell me when Cirque Du Soleil La Nouba closes for refurbishment and the new temporary show begins?

Not sure what you mean by a new temporary show. It was announced that Cirque Du Soleil will have its last performance at Disney Springs on Dec 31st. No word on if Cirque will remain at DS after this year and if they'll do a new show, or if that partnership is ending and there won't be a Cirque at DS at all

Certainly, this quote from the Disney Parks blog makes it sound as though the relationship between Disney and Cirque du Soleil will continue:

“We are incredibly proud of the success that La Nouba has had for nearly two decades,” said Jerry Nadal, Senior Vice President of the Resident Shows Division for Cirque du Soleil. “We want to thank Walt Disney World Resort for a wonderful relationship over the years. We look forward to announcing what’s next for Cirque du Soleil.”
