Circue Du Soleil for Pooh sized

Everything I have read About Circue in DTD has that the seats are small. My DH would love to go and see this, but worrys every time we have to do something new, since he is so scared the seats will not fit him. He is 6'5" and quite pooh sized, will they let us see if the seats fit if we go there before a show one day? I am so scared to purchase tickets, and then not be able to have him sit. It is quit a bit of money to waste. Is there a bench or an area that does not have arms? Any help would be much appreciated.

I have never been to Cirque.. so I have no hands on advice. I would think you would be able to call the theather, then request a seat without armrests. You may have to sit in a back row.. but it is better than missing the performance. They should have handi seating available, they could put the armless chair in that space with a companion seat for you. I feel this is an appropriate use of the handi space since the other seating is not usable by your dh. jmho...
