I was up a pound at weigh in. I'm stuck in a rut and I can't seem to get out. I don't have anything coming up in the next few weeks to throw my off track point wise so hopefully I can back to the losing streak I was on a month ago.
I did the walk/kick dvd and upper body work. I'm hoping this week's weigh in will be better than last week. I haven't been exercising so one of my goal's this week is to get back into an exercise routine.
I'm back from weigh in and I'm schocked , I'm up 2.4 lbs!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what happened. I was back to exercising and snacking on zero point veggies. I thought I had a good points week so I'm really stumped. I've never had a gain that big in one week (while on WW) and just can't figure out why. I have a lot of work to do this week and I guess it's great incentive to do better this week.
Sorry to hear about your gain. I had that happen to me when I was on WW one time. I'd go good for a few weeks, kick up the exercise and water and gain. Then I'd drop, then I'd gain. Hopefully this next week you'll do better - and that is incentive, unfortunately!!!!
Good job on the workout. It's 73 degrees right now here in IL and it's 1:30 - nice and cool, nice and cool!!! Some areas might hit the high 40's tonight - nice sleeping weather. Hope it comes your way soon!
Great job!! What DVD is that? I would love to find a jogging DVD that I could do at home...sometimes it is so hard to find a free moment that DH can watch the girls so I can actually go around the block!
