Hi!

Definitely request seating for 5. You can't leave out anyone or you will mess up your reservation. I'm sending you lots of Pixie Dust that you will get what you want on your first try.

Be sure and start dialing at about 6:58 and just hit redial every time you hear the recording that Disney Dining is closed. Then, when you get the "open" recording, do the 1 and 1 thing, and hopefully you will get through. Don't be discouraged if you go on hold ... I was on hold for 10 minutes and still got a ressie for 8:30. You don't want to hang up and try again once you are on hold, or you will lose your place in the waiting for an answer queue.

I followed the 1 & 1 method and was so disappointed to get put on hold immediately, but I was on hold for only 3 or 4 minutes and got a person. Got my reservation for 5 on the 26th at 9:45. Thanks for the information!

Got a reservation on 10/25 for 9:45 for 4 people and one for 10/26 at 8:50a-which is much better. I'll probably cancel the one on the 25th-but not sure yet. Thanks for all of the tips

I have not been to MK since 1998 and my sister wants me to help her plan her trip with her 6 year old and a friend and her 6 year old. I have just done the Universal thing this past spring break and I learned all the tips etc from these great boards!! They really want to do Cinderella's breakfast so what is the 1 and 1 thing. Is it still 60 days out before you can make a ressie?Please help me b/c they are going MLK w/end in Jan which is very crowded!!

It's now 90 days out! The 1-1 thing: When you get through to Disney Dining, you press 1 that you want to make a PS, and at the next option, you again press 1. That way you don't have to waste time entering your home phone number. Good Luck!

Cindy's is 90 days out. The 1 and 1 thing they are talking about is you dial 1 and 1 and not wait for the talking. Go back through these posts and you will find it.

My wife is on hold to cancel a PS for CRT on October 14th, 2004. The ressie is for 5 folks at 9:00 am. Will post again after cancellation is official.

Well, I did a "practice" call this morning for Cindy's breakfast and I didn't get through. I pressed the the first 1 and then a 2 and then my phone number and then two more additional 1's....is it ok to press the second 1 even though it seems that I should be pressing 2 because 1 is for reservations within the next 7 days?

Tomorrow is the day that I really need to start getting through and I want to be sure I know the ins and outs here.

One and one. I suspect WDW will catch on to the fact that people are circumventing the system and will change it, but the cm who answers your call tomorrow won't care.

I tried the 1 1 just before to make a reservation for the
Cinderella dinner at the GF and it worked out ok.

How are all of you putting in the amount of days left until your trip? That is so neat.

Yeah! I got this morning used the 1-1 method and both my mom and I got through! Since she was already talking ot her person I hung up (sorry operator!). We got a PS for 9 AM for 3 people!
I know we're supposed to take whatever they have but for some reason we asked for a specific time. Is Sunday a slow day to call?
I'm surprised we got through so quickly.

I got in for 8:15 for Cindys on the 29th and then today I got the storybook for 30th! The 1-1 method was great! I've never been to the storybook one in Norway, it's my DD's birthday that day (30th). Is it very similar to Cindy's?
