Cindy"s For Lunch What Is Good?

Any suggestions are what to eat at CRT for lunch? I have read the menu and still not sure what to get. Has anyone tried the Ceasar salad with grilled chicken?

First off, I've been to Cindy's for lunch 3 times. Second, I've had the caesar salad with grilled chicken 3 times! Does that give you some idea how good I think it is? However, I have had a different dessert each time-ice cream with chocolate sauce and a chocolate crown, apple strudel, and some chocolate cake/brownie. I love sweets, so I'd have to say they're all good.

The most popular lunch meal is Major Domo's Favorite Pie. I always get Bruno's BBQ. The chicken is wonderful. Also the apple cake and asian veggie slaw that come with it are great too!

I had the Mariner Sandwich. I was a grilled Salmon sandwich with sweet potato chips. Very Good!!

My wife and I both had the Royal Poulet, "pasta, chicken, kalamata olives, spinach and feta cheese in a roasted tomato pesto", and we both thought it was great. I think you can't go wrong! Cindy's for lunch is underrated.

Bruno's - - it is unbelievable. My daughter had the chicken cesaer salad and tasted my Bruno's chicken and made me switch. I told her Bruno's was the best but oh no, she thought it didn't sound very good (she's 21). So, I got to eat the stupid salad, which was good but nothing like Bruno's chicken!!!! This was three-four weeks ago and now she had me make a reservation for when we are there for her spring break in March. She wants to eat there twice for lunch (Bruno's is only on the lunch menu) just to get Bruno's.

Now all I have to do is figure out which one I should try. I guess I could eat there a couple of times and work my way through your suggestions. Thanks agian everyone.

My daughter and I love the Coachman sandwich as well as the salad that comes with it. Yum! We ate there on Christmas Day and it wasn't on the menu. We were whining about it and our wonderful server told us he could get it for us!

My DDs want to eat at Cindy's. We are doing the Storybook Princess breakfast at Epcot, so we won't be doing Cindy's breakfast.

I thought about lunch, BUT the problem is, we are vegetarians. Is there a website with a menu posted, or does anyone know if there are vegetarian options?

Also, what are the time frames that are considered "lunch" (we like to do a late lunch as our only meal in the parks).

includes "Field Greens - with wild mushrooms and gorgonzola cheese finished with raspberry vinaigrette $13".

I only know that lunch begins at 11:30; I can't tell you when it ends. Meal hours are one of the hardest things to find out about at WDW. All I can suggest is to call 407-WDW-DINE and ask. Maybe someone else can do better.

We love lunch at CRT! The Royal Poulet is very good, and DH loved the Coachmen sandwich. We also had the crab cakes for our appetizer--they were excellent!

westjones--I don't know of a comprehensive website about vegetarian dining at WDW, but here's a link to the book entitled Vegetarian Walt Disney World and Greater Orlando: http://www.stonecircleinc.com/vegworld/books.html. It might be in your family's interest to purchase it before your vacation--it sounds like it really helps!

On our last trip we had lunch at CRT. Our daughter had the chicken caesar salad and like it. DH and I love prime rib so that's what we ordered but unfortunately we found it to be not very tender or flavorful. DS had Major Dono's pie and it was very good. Had prime rib in it but the gravy really helped with the flavor. I'd order that next time. Service was great as usual and there's just something special about eating in the castle.
