We decided Not to eat at CRT But we want the slipper. Can we pick it up somewhere or do we have to eat at a Grand Floridian restaurant?

As far as I know only CRT and the restaurants at Grand Floridian serve it. If you are staying at the Grand Floridian I believe it can be arranged as private dining in your room.

1) The Slipper is meant as an inducement to dine-in.
2) And, to dine at specific restaurants.
3) You can't get it to-go.
. . . but, you could order it for you ADR
. . . then, ask for it in a doggie bag
