Cinderella's Royal Table

I was looking at the online booking last night and it appeared to say that the characters are only available from 3:50 - 5:00 PM (could have been six). Is this the case or are they available for the entire time that dinner is served? I am asking as we are trying to figure out the best time to schedule dinner.

Dinner:3:50PM-10:00PM (Includes Characters -Cinderella, Snow White, Jasmine, Belle)**
