Can Disney Visa Rewards be used to pay for CRT?

Also, how far in advance can you make an ADR for CRT? I assume 90 days.

your first question. CRT is paid at the time the ADR is made if you are not on the DDP. A credit card number is taken even if you are on the DDP but it is not charged.

You can make CRT 90 days in advance. It was, however, grandfathered in for a later date along with CM and V&A because it remained 180 days for several months. If your date is through June 19th you can make an ADR now.

I was able to make an ADR last week for May 8. I had no problem getting a table.

We also just made an ADR at CRT for May 8 this past Friday for our Grand Gathering of 11.

You can reserve up until June 19th now. If you can I would do it as soon as possible - the CM that we spoke to said that they were already getting full & were booked most days that we wanted - we wanted May 2nd, he went through our whole Disney stay and was finally able to get us in at two tables on the 8th.

We were asked for our credit card #, but told that it wouldn't be charged since we were on the dining plan (unless we don't show, then the meal will we charged in full on our credit card).

If you already have your rewards card you can give them the number, it works like a debt card. You can get your card now, put the reward points you have on it and call closer to your trip and have the rest of your points added. We got our card 2 or three months in advance to pay on our reservations, then while we were at disney we called and had them add the points we had added since we recieved the card.

This is what I needed to know. Yes, I have Disney Visa Rewards card right now and I will add more points to it when the trip gets closer. We aren't going until September, so we can't attempt to make an ADR for CRT for quite a while. I was just wondering if we could use the Rewards card and I'm glad to know we can.
