Cinderella's Royal Table worth it??

I recommend both, not for the food but for the expierence. We do Akershus because each princess comes around to your table & interacts and you have time to take a picture....we like to do breakfast because the food is more American. If you want to see Cinderella then I highly recommend the Royal Table because she is not at Akershus.

Just wanted to clarify that Cinderella is at Akershus, most of the time. We have eaten here at least 7x over the past 5 years, for all meals, and we have seen Cinderella each and every time. I have tons of photos to prove that, as it`s my DD`s fav character meal - LOL!!

Tiger :)

And if it's Cinderella you're after, there is always the dinner buffet at 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian....that has Cinderella, Prince Charming, and the Stepsisters (who I have heard are a hoot).

I been to both with my daughter who is also princess crazy. I have to say the interaction with the characters was better and food was good. My wife thinks Norway was better with the interaction. The environment was nice at the castle.

CRT wins hands down for us! We had lunch there a couple of weeks ago. The atmosphere is incredible, the princess interaction great and the food delicious. It is so worth it and you get your picture taken with Cinderella.

Akershus is just "OK". I don't think it is all that. It is always really crowded and chaotic in there. The princesses there the last couple of times were a bit crabby.

We have never been to Akershaus but we have been to CRT several times. I thought the food was good - not spectacular but good. Dh didn't like anything he has ever ordered. But I would do it at least once! My DD loved it!

We will be going to WDW this Aug. This will be be our fifth trip with the first one back in 2000. We have never eaten at the castle. This will probably be our last trip for quite a while due to college payments and cars needed. It looks like the dinner menu is alot better then the lunch one. My kids are 15 and 22. I just feel like we should eat it the castle one time. I wish it wasn't 2 credits. Is lunch 2 credits also?

We saw Cinderella at Akershus. She is often there, she's just not guaranteed to be there.

I believe it's 2 credits regardless of which meal you choose.

Thanks for the advice, everyone - I think we'll do both meals since I can't say for sure when we'll be back to WDW, and I agree that it's something we should do once. I polled the kids, and their first choices were dinner at the castle and breakfast with Pooh (Crystal Palace), so we'll do those for sure. Sometimes I feel as though I'm planning our entire vacation around table service meals!!
