Cinderella's Royal Table question

Does someone know if the Princesses are only there for breakfast and lunch? For some reason I thought they were there for dinner too. Thanks for any info!

As it stands now only Breakfast and Lunch are Character. It appears the the Fairy God Mother host the Dinner.

We did this dinner a little over a week ago. Cinderella was holding court downstairs. The character handler lined everyone up in a queue, and pics and autographs were taken. The Disney photographer takes a picture, and they'll present you with a photo package during your dinner. This is the same thing they're doing for CRT breakfast, and I'd assume for lunch, too. The CM stated that Cinderella would make regular appearances downstairs for dinner.

So Cinderella never comes upstairs at Breakfast and Lunch? How is this better than just standing in line to meet her in the park somewhere? I"m really thinking of canceling my reservation...except that we already told my daughter we were eating in the castle. I just feel like they have increased the price, but are not even delivering the character promised for the the "character breakfast". What I don't get is why is it so hard to Disney to give people what they want (and are paying for) by having the characters circulate among the customers? It doesn't make sense...we're paying extra to do teh character breakfast..and she won't be there?

Since last November, they moved Cinderella downstairs. She is there for the photo package photos. She will no longer circulate upstairs, unfortunately.

The other princesses will be upstairs for breakfast and lunch and only Fairy Godmother will be upstairs for dinner to help celebrate special occasions. Cinderella will be downstairs for all three meals.

I'm sure this decision is based on making more money. If they loose enough business due to the price increase and other changes, then maybe they'll rethink their decisions. Somehow I doubt they'll loose business though.

I was under the impression that ONLY Cinderella would be there (and maybe the fairy godmother) and that all of the other princesses had left the castle. Sounds like I just didn't get the story straight.

Yes, there are still other princesses at breakfast and lunch with Cinderella downstairs for all three meals. Fairy Godmother will be at the dinner to lead in celebrations of special occasions.

If they got rid of the princesses, I think attendance would go WAY down considering all the other changes already for Feb 1.

I am wondering if Cinderella's appearance in CRT will change after the Cinderellabration thing is over? Maybe they use two different people or more ... but you can't really have her roaming the tables INSIDE the castle if she's getting crowned outside at the same time. Does anyone else think this might be the reason?

No, I don't think this is the reason. Disney is making more money having Cindy picture opportunities instead of the usual mom/dad take a picture. Part of the price increase is for the pictures. Also, the stage show has been going on for a while before Disney decided to change CRT.
