Cinderella Castle to receive Tokyo makeover?

I've read that at a recent CM morning meeting the management made mention that Cinderellas Castle was going to be receiving some brown paint and that if you look in the back you can already start to see some of it applied. Which makes me wonder if there is a plan to give the castle a Tokyo Disneyland style makeover. Heres a pic of the castle in Tokyo Disneyland:

I personally like the look of the "brick" on Tokyos' castle.

I didn't look at the back but the front is the same. I was there on Wed.

Why can't they just leave the castle alone?

Personally, I think a brick makeover, if that's what they're doing, would look nice. One of the things I really like about Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle is the brick like appearance of the castle foundation. It makes the castle look more realistic while keeping it's fantasy like appearance.
