Cinderella Castle or Akershus to see Sleeping Beauty?

Hello, My niece loves Princess Aurora and we would like to do a character breakfast with her. Can anyone tell me where we would be more likely to find her... at the Cinderella Castle or Akershus in Norway? Thanks!

We did Cindy's two weeks ago (and have been 6 times total) Sleeping Beauty has been there every time we've eaten there. This time, she was in her Pink dress! DD loved that one, since she has the Pink dress!
