CRT dinner is a 2 credit meal (it's actually 2 TS for breakfast and lunch also). The question you are asking will get varying answers, there are a bunch of mixed reviews about this restaurant. My family, however, thinks it is worth the 2 credits (we are always on the DxDP so we can justify the 2 credits for it). We really like our meals there, and then when you throw in the atmosphere, princesses, and the whole experience....it is well worth the 2 TS .
